At this time, Level E is available only for mobile devices and Chromebooks. While it will work on a phone, Level E has been designed for tablets given the amount of text on screen. If you want to use it on your phone please bear in mind that the text will be quite small unless you zoom in. In other words: the bigger your screen, the better your experience.
Please let us know if there’s another device (like a laptop or a Blackberry) through which would like to be able to use Level E. If there is sufficient demand, we will make a version for that device.
